L: 2 egg whites, 1 egg, scrambled with 1/3 the fat cream cheese
D: chicken breast salad

L: chicken salad with grapes on 1/2 slice of wheat thin bread
D: 1 egg ham and cheese omelet and 1/2 slice wheat thin bread with sf jelly

Thanks for starting this again. We haven't done it in a while and I like getting ideas from everyone!

Yes I do: chili (lean chicken breast cut up 1lb ,1 can rotell, 1 bag of chopped green peppers (frozen) 1 mcCormicks mild chil seasoning,1 large can pinto beans(do not drain rotel or beans) cook chicken and mix all together
