lap band with plication

I am having mine on June 6th. I am on day 5 of all liquids. Hang in there. My doctor said he has seen good results with this combo. Really excited.

Still in the process of getting approved by my insurance company.  But if all goes well, I will be getting the lap-band with plication as well!  For those of you who have gotten it by now - how are you doing??  My doctor said he has seen excellent results - just curious if those of you who have actually gotten it are glad - or regretting their decision....

 I have the band and plication also and have had it for 20 days. Doing well.
You will hear good and bad against the band and alot of things for the sleeve. My advice is to research, ask your surgeon and read some blogs/posts on here from people who have had success and from those who haven't. This will be a decision only you can make if its right for you. I wish you all the luck in the world on whatever you decide.

*There is good and bad with all surgeries, not just WLS so just do what makes you feel is right for you.
