Me and my band: a story NOT ending in disaster

I have to admit, I am quite surprised by this post! I have never heard you mention that you don't have a sweet spot with your 10cc band!!!

 It comes and goes. I'm really close to it - some days dead on, some days farther away. But it's never a feeling like the bnad isn't there or isn't working.

I have often heard from those that had both bands that restriction was easier to hit with the 4. I always find it so sad for the ones that got restriction and lost well with the 4, so when complication**** they got the 10...............then no or minimal luck. :-(

yes there is good and bad but better health is at stake.  thank you again. i loved your story.

AND yes, no matter what WLS we can all gain weight if we eat whatever we want!!!!

I am back! I followed you in 06..I got my band in Dec 05
Unfortunately my band slipped in 08 & I was fitted w the
larger band. Somehow I didnt stay focused, but now I'm
back. I would appreciate any & all support 

 That's an excellent way to put it! I got laid off not long after I got the new band, and I have had a really, really hard time staying focused on what I eat when I am more concerned about finding a job, my husband finding a job, how to survive without health insurance, making ends meet, etc.
