Protein shake-a-palooza
It's not the milk, it's the sweeteners. I used to just have a hard time with aspartame and nutrasweet, but a few years ago that grew to include most of them, even Splenda. Now the only ones that I can handle are erythritol and stevia. I can't even chew sugarless gum. If I eat something with a lot of it, like a sugar free candy, I very quickly get massive has bloating and diarrhea. I've avoided most of the protein shakes for a long time because of this, but I decided to give it a try. It seems like the sweeteners are diluted enough with other ingredients that I can handle them better, but apparently not doing it every day, the last few days suddenly got to be pretty unpleasant.
