I haven't look at the slim fast low carb, I could check those out, too. I got the muscle milk that comes in little cartons, is it different from the one in bottles?

My new favorite is the RTD Oh Yeah shakes, they are a bit high in cals, but I like them for days that I work out hard or need a few extra carbs. I have also developed a real taste for the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standared Whey, the Rocky Road is fantastic and so is the Cookies and cream.

A lot of these I just haven't seen in my local grocery stores. At this point, between my general level of busy-ness and the fact that it takes twice as long to do anything in Houston, making a trip to more places than I already go to just isn't worth the effort to me.
After experimenting with all of these over the last few weeks, I think I'm going to have to go back to the Svelte shakes because having a daily dose of artificial sweetener seems to be starting to affect my digestive system again.

I use Amazon. I do the subscribe and save option so I have it set up on auto-ship and am not paying shipping. You can go in and skip a shipment, or cancel at any time. I can get my Lean Dessert about $8 or $10 cheaper than at Vitamin Shoppe by doing this.
I have amazon prime, but since I won't buy something in bulk without trying it first, I haven't used it as a way to try new shakes. I think my experimenting is going kind of on hold for now since my intestinal issues are rearing their ugly head again.

Chocolate coconut sounds yummy! I actually found done of the Oh Yeah ones at HEB today, it even came in a half size bottle, so I'm going to give it a try.
I think I'm going to try alternating days, do the svelte shake one day and then one of the others the next day and see if I'm able to handle that. The bloating just gets to be so bad I can't stand it.
