liquid diet

i am day 2 of my liquid diet (for the next 4 days, i can eat a lean cuisine for dinner) and then nothing but liquids til my surgery on June 6.

i have a headache and kinda the shakes (and liquids in means liquids out too). am def worried about messing myself at work.

open to any and all advise

(cannot have milk with my protein so am mixing it with water)

Lap Band

That is a tough one! I am sorry. My surgeon didn't put us on a liquid Pre op diet instead we had to do zero Carbs. Good luck! Maybe someone here who had to do a liquid pre op diet will chime in!

VSG on 03/25/16

you should be fine at work. You may need to drink an extra protein shake if you are feeling dizzy or hungry mixing them with water is fine. If you are getting the shakes I would call you doctor for avice
