Hi All,

Yes my band is 7 years old. Still maintaining without any problems. I eat all the foods and I don't think about calories. I am happy I did it.

It worked, and it is still working. I am up and down 4-5lbs. It was a good decision.

I have found three things to be very important in order to succeed:
1. I had an excellent surgeon
2. I was following the rules (first year is important, first month is crucial)
3. I listen to my body all the time

.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.
