Despite all the band bashing and negativity..........I am still SO HAPPY with my choice at 7 years and this is not degrading other surgeries...

But this article and things I've seen in my previous surgeons office with ill patients with other surgeries, reminds me of why I chose the lap band and I will choose it again TODAY in a heartbeat -- those little pesky PBs or getting filled too tight ...and getting food stuck every once in awhile compares NOTHING to things like this....even if my band erodes....I will still be pretty healthy, it can just be removed...and I can move on with my life...some people don't get to do that....
