Hello restriction my old friend
I know we aren't "supposed" to say restriciton. BUT I had a 0.5cc fill and am finally back in the game, I think. I can eat 3 oz of dense protein and some veggies. Satisfied and holding me 3+ hours. Now to get rid of the sugar cravings....grrrr
I swear I'm such an addict. So my rules:
60+ protein mostly in dense protein (1 shake a day if I'm working at 7am)
No refined sugar.
No eating in the car
30 minutes of exercise.
So far today I've done well...except for the sugar, but even that was FAR less than what I had been doing (and damn having co-workers that are fabulous bakers)
I feel better having my "seat belt on"

It's amazing what a tiny fill (or unfill) can do, right?! Congrats for finding your groove again.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since
last small unfill.
