Well, I went to the doc to day and lost 12 pounds in 7 weeks. I didn't get a fill. I am at good place unless under stress. I am so excited because look at my tickers! The weight that I have lost is now bigger then the weight I need to lose only by a pound but it is so great to see. I hope to lose that in the upcoming year but I also know that it is highly unlikely that I will lose as much the second year as the first year. I will be in Disney with my family when I get to my 1 year surgery date. When I get home in July I will post before and after pictures. Something I haven't done yet.

Congratulations on being more than half way to your goal!

Just keep chipping away at it ...one year, 2 years .... You will get there and will be more likely to maintain a goal that you worked steadily to.
