Sounds like you are doing all the right things, sometimes we just hit a stall and they can last for weeks, sorry to say. Keep doing what you already are and it's bound to break sooner or later. You might check your carb intake, that can stall me faster than anything, but if that's good then just keep on keepin' on!
Wendy you may not want to hear this, but I think sometimes our bodies have a specific number that it wants to be at. Unfortunately this does NOT always coincide with the number we choose for ourselves. I have been basically the same thing for the last yr. I am about as far from goal as you are. This is the weight I was before I gained all my weight. ( I was size 14 then, now size 12....but the same weight), so I just think it's where my body wants to be.

Though I'm nowhere near goal, I am content with where I am. I can "pass" for normal. My BMI is right there at the normal/overweight line. I did know going into this that WLS does not guarantee you of getting to goal, so even if my band had worked, I might not be any smaller. I just try to focus on the fact that I am smaller and healthier.
Perhaps "goals" are like "plans". You've heard the saying before: "I made plans and God laughed". ;-)

I have also been called thin. I no longer see myself as fat but definitely I don't think thin when looking in the mirror.

Well thank you! I'm actually a size 12, but quite content with it. My weight now is about 135 but I'm 5'2", and height makes such differene in weight distribution. I think I've mentioned on here prior that I was chatting with another WLS'er and she was size 12 also but weighed 190! For me that was a size 18 or 20!
Regardless, if I don't lose anymore and can stay at this weight that will be just fine with me. And as you mentioned-perception. Perception can change! Prior to gaining all my weight I was this size and felt fat. Now I'm this size again and feel thin. :-)
