bad habits

We have a great yogurt shop by our house. My husband and I used to go every once in a while. Now when I take him, because they serve no sugar added, I just get a little free sample and it is perfect!

Don't buy it for the house.

I love Okios vanillia greek yogurt with chopped cocoa & peanut butter nuts. Very good. I chop the nuts pretty fine, it looks like a lot of nuts for a small amount of calories.
