 can anyone tell me where i can get a copy of " strategies for success with adjustable gastric banding" by jean mcmillan. i tried I books and the kindle store with no luck.

You can't get it electronically. You either have to order it directly from Jean or from Amazon.com.

I have Jean's book and I really enjoyed reading it. She had some very good points in there, and is an excellent writer. I definitely recommend it. Is it on amazon?
