Ok I have 3.8cc in my 10cc band and my question is how long should it take for my pouch to empty?  My problem is I can't eat ANYTHING until dinner.  Its like my dinner from last night is still there all the way until the next night.  I have no problems with liquids but even soft foods wont stay down.

Sounds like you are just a bit tight. It's kinda normal not to be able to eat breakfast, I used to do a protien shake. However, I think by lunch you should be able to keep down solids. I would go get a slight unfill. Good luck!

I say you may be a little too tight.

If liquids are going through, there's nothing in your pouch. It sounds like you are too tight, which is very, very bad. A lot of people find it harder to eat in the morning, likely because all of our tissues retain water and that can mean that your stomach tissue is actually thicker in the mornings (making the band feel tighter****il some of the fluid migrates down toward your feet. You really need to get an unfill because maintaining a too tight band dramatically increases your risk of complications. Also, knowing you are tight earlier in the day, it might be a good idea to get your fills in the morning rather than the afternoon, so you are more prepared to deal with the mroning tightness.
