Back on the Wagon

Just saying hi! and to say that I am back on the wagon.

I am 2 years post op, I origanally had lost about 80lbs but in the last year I have regained about 25 of those lbs.

The band works, I just ignore it, which I know is unhealthy.

My goals this week are:

Eat no sugar
Exercise 4 days for at least 30 min.
Drink at least as much water as I do unsweet tea.

I know these goals are not lofty but I have to start somewhere, and if I set goals that are too harsh I will say "screw it!" by day 2.

I am learning to live the band life all over again.

Ok, I am getting back on with you too. I had lost 130 lbs, and have gained 35 back. We can do this. I am trying to take baby steps, but as long as I start somewhere and not just ignore it. That got me fat to begin with.

We can do this!!
