Why wasn't I losing? Because I ate too many carbs!
Carb junkie here too. I pretty much have them out of my life and can have a few good carbs like beans, but in very limited amounts. The longer I stay away from the bad ones the easier it is to get back on track tho. If I eat too many carbs it makes me physically sick, upsets my stomach and just makes me feel blah. For those of us who are carb sensitive, even a little bit is like poison. The longer I go low carb the easier it gets, but it sure is still easy to fall down again when I give in. I'm so glad to see you are losing finally and that things are looking better for you, Lord knows you've been trying hard!
