Mothers Day weight loss challenge, week 3 check in!

Saturday was a bad eating day for me, my son is heading for the military and we had his going away party, sad for me to have him move away!
I lost 2 lbs
I plan on continuing my JM 30 day shred, I've really noticed a difference in my endurance and even see a small gap between my legs (haven't seen that in a very long time) so it must be working. Also, plan on not eating anything after 9:00 pm
What are your plans for this week?

Hey Mari, thanks for keeping up with this. I had a tough week as I had two days that I was unable to work out.

Put me down for 2 pounds.

I got back on the exercise Saturday and hope to see better results next week!

 I am up 1 pound  this week celebrate my 26 wedding anniversary the whole weekend! but i did join the gym today and work out. So i am back on track and ready to go.

I'm down 1.5 pounds this week. I got to get my nighttime munchies under control this is killing me *sigh*.

down a -1 lb this week, doubt i will make my goal seeing how  slow im losing, but just happy to be losing
