What Are You Eating Today ?

My weekend was pretty good as far as munchies goes so all in all a  good weekend :o)

Breakfast   3/4 of my Chobani yogurt and a small banana

Snack  2.7 oz of sharp cheddar cheese

Lunch  4 oz of turkey roast,  green beans and small baked potato

Snack  carrots and celery with light ranch dressing  and maybe some cheese

Dinner
   5 oz of turkey roast  and 1/2 cup of green beans


Exercise.  Zumba 40 min 
                    Toning  20 min with 5 pound weights
                     Zumba another 60 min ( special class tonight )

B: protein drink
L: chicken salad and 6 Special K Wheat Crackers
S: 1/2 a granola bar before the pool
D: left over prime rib, green beans and 1/2 a roasted potato;

vitamins
water aerobics

D turkey Pepperoni pizza on ora wheat multi grain thin
