How Often Do You: Weigh yourself, Count Calories & Monitor Fluid In-take?
I weigh in once a week .
I do count calories because if I dont then a nibble here and nibble there can really add up and that is when we got into problems. I count carbs, fats, sodium anything that My Fitness Pal tracks I count. I dont worry about carbs when I eat fruits and veggies. There are days I will eat over 100 in carbs due to my fruits and veggies
I dont monitor my fluid intake . I drink enough so it's never a problem. All I drink now is my cherry limeade water, 2 power zero's a week during Zumba and maybe once every two weeks I will have a Ice Tea.

I am currently monitoring all the above. I don't always do it since sometimes I don't need to. Right now I need it. I usually keep a running total in my head as to the fluids. I hate it when I get to 7pm and still need to drink a sizeable amount. I end up out of bed to pee multiple times a night. It is too easy for me to get busy in the morning and not drink anything outside of my wake up coffee (2-3 6oz. cups). I try to go back to weighing, measuring and keeping track of calories, and monitoring the protein every few weeks so I don't let things sneak up on me. If I am not keeping track I am more likely to over indulge. What ever it takes.

I don't always bother with the heart rate and endurance, but I am training for a half marathon and it makes it easier to know when my body is ready to kick it up a notch and go a little farther. When I can keep my pace with my heart rate staying low for my whole run, I know its time to push myself a bit.
