It sounds like you know what you're doing to sabotage yourself, but you're just not sure where to go from here.
If your surgeons policy is to always do .55 cc at a time, then you really need to have a talk with your surgeon about taking a more individualized approach with you. Half a cc might not sound like a lot, but it IS and your prior experience taught you that it was too much for you. Chances are it isn't so much that you've stretched out anything, but that your band may just be to loose to help you very much right now.
If you haven't been to your surgeon in a year, then you need to start by making an appointment to see your surgeon and ask if, prior to the appointment, you can get an upper GI to check on your band placement and see if you have any esophageal dilation.
If everything checks out, then proceed with a discussion of how you might go extra slowly with fills of much less than .5 at a time.
Ask to consult with the nutritionist as well and come up with some kind of eating plan that helps you stay more on track while not totally depriving yourself of things you enjoy.

You have gotten some good advice about how to start working with your band again.  Seems with the recent weight loss you are gettin it back together.  I have had a minor setback with my weightloss but I recently got a fill and plan to work harder in the sense of eating better to achieve my goal.  Unfortunately I went too long without a fill and gain too much of my weight back.  All is better now.  I am no longer able to eat like its my last supper.
Wish u success.

Thanks! I go to see my surgeon today, I have been logging what I have eaten for the past 3 weeks. I hope I haven't went to long without a fill. I can eat as much of anything I want feeling very little restriction.
