REGAINING AFTER 3 YEARS POST OP/LAPBAND
Yep, that's real productive and helpful of you.
Banded 03/22/06 276/261/184 (highest/surgery/lowest)
Sleeved 07/11/2013 228/165 (surgery/current) (111lbs lost)
Mom to two of the cutest boys on earth.
I am in the same boat, have regained 29 of the 93 pounds I lost. My doctor and I are working on regular very small fills (0.2 CC) in my 14 CC band. Any more than that and I get too tight.
I have also adopted a mantra which goes like this. "Sugar is poison. Television is evil". Repeat often until the craving goes away.
See your surgeon to determine if your stomach and band are in working order. If they are, then the onus is on you start again.
Many insurance companies, like mine, have a lifetime maximum expenditure for weight loss surgery. Mine is $20,000 and that was gone with my lap band insertion. So any future surgery is out of pocket for me.
I need to make this thing work and that means getting back to basics. Protein firs****er, water, water, and exercise.
Sadly, there just isn't any magic.

Overeating and not exercising not a good combination when trying to lose weight from the sounds of your posts you are on the right track now :o)
Congrats on the 8 pounds that is fabulous keep up the great work .
And like Bette said just because a doctor tells you might need a fill listen to your own body. You dont want to get fills if you dont have to. The less you have to mess with fills and unfills the better off you will be .
My doc has always told me when I can eat around 4 to 5 oz of protein 1/2 cup of veggies and maybe 1/4 cup of starch and you can go at least 3 hrs not being hungry ( not head hunger huge difference ) then dont get fills :o)
