What Are You Eating Today ? 4/27
Hope everybody had a good week with food . Mine was pretty good nothing to bad lets hope the weekend stays just as good. I always struggle on the weekends Need to work on exercise this coming week I still did my Zumba but that was it . So that is my goal next week .
Breakfast Still wasn't hungry but I did eat a chicken thigh
Snack no snack
Lunch Mushroom Swiss Burger with a pickle and a tablespoon of mayo low carb bread
Snack oh I dont know either fruit, yogurt or veggies
Dinner Steak , with sauteed mushrooms, onions and green peppers and small baked potato
Snack. I hope to stay out of the chips and stuff like that. Son is having friends stay the night and there is all kinds of snacks here for them . Pop, and the candy not worried about but chips has been my downfall lately .

I had a good week except for today! Don't say STEAK.. see below!
Early- I had 2 mini scones, I bough a box of mini scones so I would not eat the bigger one so everyone in the office helped by eating them!
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with granola -around 945am
Lunch... OMG hotel gave us steak for the second day for lunch, today was a nice
strip steak that was so good I ate the whole 6-8 oz steak with a 6oz cottage cheese cup!
I did not get stuck but the super full feeling is still with me almost 5 hours later.
D- skipping dinner still full lol
S- I will eat my cheese stick and cracker stix I did not eat for lunch.
loading up on the water tonight for my 3rd 5k tomorrow morning.
walked about a mile today, took the bus to work and walked from the city to the hotel.

Mary I bet it was good must have been :o) I love a good steak and I can push myself also sometimes if its a really really good steak.
Mine for dinner wasnt one of them steaks lol. It was lacking something I think I went to easy on the seasonings just didnt have a good flavor to it.
So I just ended up eating 4 oz of steak and a little over a 1/2 cup of sauteed veggies. No baked potato for dinner .

Hard astral days as I volunteered for an event Thursday and all day Friday getting home after midnight both nights so o exercise for two days!
B: 1/2 wheat bagel thin with ff cream cheese
L: Mahi Mahi and fruit
D: my first ever vegan meal some kind of wheat based protein, creamed spinach and a potato cake. Ate half the protein and half the potato. Tasted the peanut butter topped chocolate mouse and it was fantastic!
Water and vitamins
Back on the exercise today!
