What Are You Eating Today ? 4/26

Rainy day out today so no walk this morning hopefully get back to walking again next week . It's either been to cold or rainy out .  

Breakfast   banana 

S  no snack

Lunch  4.5 oz of chicken  in  light coating of Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan cheese,   1/2 cup of green beans.

Snack   Ate lunch at 1200 so if I get hungry before Zumba I might eat another piece of chicken since I wont be able to eat dinner till almost 730 tonight.

Dinner  Mushroom Swiss Burger (85% lean meat) on low carb bread ,  green beans

carrots

Exercise  40 min of Zumba 20 min of toning

I had a busy night tonight with a fundraiser, so no exercise today.
:

B: 1/2 bagel thin, ff cream chess and slice of tomato
L:: chicken salad and 12 Special K wheat crackers, 1/3 of a pear
D: prime rib, green beans and 1/2 of a roasted red potato

I was bad, but good and had a small bite of apple crisp and fried cheesecake. I am glad that I never had fried cheesecake when I was eating any and everything. It was to die for. But I am glad that I can now say a bite was good enough for me!
