What Are You Eating Today ? 4/24

Hope everybody is doing well with food choices.  Mine was a really good day yesterday so hopefully today will be just as good

Breakfast    Chobani Greek Yogurt Back Cherry yum yum

Snack     no snack wasn't hungry

Lunch   4 oz of Perdue Turkey roast this is so delish and so moist !  1/2 cup of broccoli slaw , and 1/4 cup of green beans

Snack   apple or some carrots and celery

Dinner   grilled c chicken breast with melted cheese some green onions and peppers and maybe a salad or I might just get two chicken breast since they are so small (bowling alley)

Snack  cheese and turkey pepperoni (maybe)

Exercise   to cold to walk today but I do have bowling league tonight .

I am at a business conference -- so, not in charge of my own food


B -- Nutri Grain Bar and 1/2 cup of melon

L -- about 2 ounces of steamed Tilapia, a few bites of steamed zucchini (busy talking with clients, not able to focus on my eating -- scared to eat too fast and get stuck)

S -- will probably grab some fruit/cheese/crackers this afternoon

D -- some type of buffet -- should be able to get a pretty lean protein and veg choice

S -- have a Luna Bar to eat in my room if I am hungry later tonight
1 glass of Chardonnay before/with dinner

E- protein shake
B- 1cup of non fat yogurt, 1/4c low fat granola, small banana
L- 1c wedding soup and Kashi granola bar
D- 1c chili with 1oz corn bread-grilled to be crunchy with little margarine
S- 100 calorie almonds, 1/2 non fat yogurt

water, decaf coffee,decaf tea

Exercises: Got mad hubby bought regular coffee!!
So I walked to the market a mile each way for my exercises... He apologized but.. geez it has been over 9 months since I had real coffee. Bet I would have been bouncing off the walls and raiding the refrigerator! So I spent $10 on Dunkin Decaf coffee! Bet he won't do that again!

L: split pea soup, 1/4c chicken and 1/4 c black beans
S: 2 peanut butter cheese crackers before the pool
D: 3/4 mcdonalds grilled chicken bacon ranch salad w/lf dressing
S: prune

 After exercise...

About 1 cup crab meat with cheese casserole (homemade)

Snack small banana

2 small boneless pork ribs with about 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, maybe 4 cooked baby carrots, small potato

Vanilla peanut protein bar

Water and some watered down diet cherry Pepsi...an occasional treat for me

Exercise...first thing this morning...20 mins Core Secrets workout with stability ball and weights, 45 min video, Walk and Box with George (my favorite), and 30 mins on stationary bike

So those scales better start going down, dang them!
