ok all I have lost 4 lbs. I keep trying different things because I get stuck. I have worked so hard to get to where I am. I am fighting to get the rest of this weight off. I am glad the rest of you don't have to change up anything to get your weight off! I have lost 19 lbs since Oct. The HCG does work but you can't do it for very long. The skinny wraps are great and they work. I still use them. I have busted my butt to get to where I am. I am going to keep on trucking. This band is a slow hard way to lose weight! I am doing what I can and exercising my butt off! I will win in the end. I will still keep trying new things. Renea

You are joking right? we don't have to work or change things? I have changed my entire relationship with food and exercise and I refuse to short change myself with crash diets that make it HARDER to lose and keep the weight off in the long run, I am in this for LIFE.

I literally work my ass off every.single.day for the weight loss that I have achieved, and along the way I have developed a balanced, healthy way of life that I can sustain for good.

Keep trying new things, and in the process you are going to kill your metabolism making it harder then ever for you to lose and be successful.

I agree with Courtney , I have had to change everything about my lifestyle to lose the 70 pounds I have lost so far .

For me if it dont matter how well I eat, how little I eat, if I dont exercise I have a terrible time of losing weight.  It's always been that way for me that is just my body type .  So I have to exercise and to eat right to lose the weight . Im not one of the lucky ones that can just eat right and the weight drops off , I have to work my ass for 3 to 5 times a week to lose just two pounds if Im lucky

I am alone about 75% of the time due to my husband's job out of town and I have to battle every day not to eat out of boredom or just being dang lonely at night .  Some days I win that battle and some days I self destruct like this past weekend.

This is dang hard to lose weight and these silly crash diets dont get you know where . What the heck do you learn from them ?

I got the band to help with portion control and I also got WLS to learn how to eat the proper way the rest of my life. , not to do some new fad diet that comes along every two seconds .

You really need to change your ways Renea or you will never learn the right way to eat or to keep the weight off if god forbid something happens to your band .

Years ago before needing WLS, I use to eat that soup because I like it.  One of my Weigh****cher friends gave me the recipe.   I make soup occasionally for my family in the winter and I eat  the solids in it starting with protein.  I love how chicken or beef gets really soft and full of flavor.  I tried the cabbage soup when banded and the gas about killed me.  I cramped so bad that I had to sit in a reclliner the entire night.  Your lucky if you can eat the cabbage.  It actually isn't a bad food if you  scoop out the solids concentrating on eating the protein first.  I couldn't eat any type of pasta or rice when banded and doubt I will with rny.
