burning in my chest/stomach

Over the past few days I have had a burning in my chest/stomach when I eat. Could this be signs of a slip? Do you think my stomach is just irritated from getting stuck a few days ago? I love looking in the mirror and seeing how much weight I have lost but I hate all the issues I have had over the past 10 months. I follow the rules 95-98% of the time but that doesn't seem to matter.

sounds like your tight. call dr you just need aslight unfill before it gets worse.

I think I will call in the morning. I have been to tight after fills before but this feels different. My stomach know feels like if is in a big knot. It hurts a lot. I might call tonight if this pain persists.

I've been having the same issue. Sometimes I think the shooting pain is in my liver because it seems to be slightly to my right. But it is only when I eat.

Jeppa yours sounds like it might be gall bladder, especially if it is only right after you eat. You might want to have your doc check it for you.

Hi, I thought the same thing, but then my mom reminded me (lol) that I had already had my gallbladder removed several years ago. I'm developing more and more symptoms as the day goes by. I've stalled in calling the doctor because my surgeon is in Mexico, and my pcp has recently retired. I've been searching for a good doctor, but in this little town, they just aren't available...plus I have insurance pple to deal with. OY! You'd think these insurance pple have NEVER had medical issues themselves!

I've had this once or twice when I've eaten something spicy or had a stuck episode. I do think its just irritation, just try some heartburn tablets for a day or two & hopefully it will settle. Thats what I was advised & it works.

I usually get that when I don't chew enough or eat something that won't agree with my band on that particular day. Gall bladder is on the right and will cause pain in your back to your shoulder blade as well.
