What are we eating today?

I haven't seen anything today so I figured I would get us started while I pedaling.

B: protein drink
L: 2 oz Swai, 1/2 c potato soup (not creamed), 1/4 c potato salad
D: edemame, 3 steamed pork dumplings, 1 crab Rangoon

Water
Vitamins
9 holes of golf and 15 minutes on stationary bike

Really storming here today, grateful for the rain!

B: Ezekiel muffin with almond butter and non fat milk

L: grapes, white cheddar cheese and almonds. (okay the almonds has cinnamon and sugar, but they were so worth it and only had a few). 

D: chicken in enchilada sauce and cheese and some potatoes

S: Carmel frozen yogurt

It's almost 100F here, yuck!!
B: protein shake with a little S/F peanut butter
S: 15 pist. l/f string cheese
L: 2 oz of turkey meat 4 oz potato soup (home made)
D: turkey hot dog, no bun, cantaloupe
I did eat 1 cake pop that fell off the stick while I was making them

Starting cabbage soup diet today. I posted the recipe on another thread if anyone wants to join me.

You can lose 8 lbs in a week. My co-workers have lost 4 lbs since Friday.
