What Are You Eating Today ?

What a beautiful day it is out today. Low 80's but then a turn for the cold tomorrow high 52 !!.

Got my walk in for the day and might do some P90x tonight not sure yet . Monthly cravings are terrible and trying really hard to stay on track and not get into things I'm not suppose to lol. I'm just craving everything right now and eating healthy dont even sound good lol.

Breakfast Cheerios Multi Grain Peanut Butter cereal 1 cup and 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I haven't had cereal forever and boy did thi**** the spot. Eating eggs every day is getting boring . Calorie wise and carbs are not bad at all . It tasted wonderful !!!

Snack apple

Lunch Butterball Turkey Italian Sub made with all turkey 2 oz of turkey breast, 2oz of turkey salami , and 10 turkey pepperoni on low carb bread . toasted on my panni. with a slice of cheese and some lettuce yum yum. Craving Italian Subs so this is the next best thing lol.

Dinner BBQ chicken on the grill . I really love chicken this way so that is all I am going to eat is two chicken thighs

Snacks. maybe some popcorn or pretzels I dont or fruit . Or some leftover BBQ chicken yum yum.

Exercise morning walk is done , and might do P90X tonight the martial arts portion.

Today is suppose to be weigh in day but I always gain between 5 to 10 pounds for a good 10 days so not even worth getting on the scales and getting myself all upset over something I cant control *sigh*

B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4c low fat granola 3 strawberries mushed. (added granola last night so it would be mushie) (still on mushies after a fill on Friday)
L- 1/2c mashed potato, 1/2c butter beans mashed poured 1/4c lentil soup  over them.(that was blended during liquid stage)
s-protein shake
D-3 turkey meatball and pasta mushed (need carbs night before my 5k)
S-sf pudding cup

I am a little dehydrated so drinking a gallon of water tonight! If I had to run a race this morning I would have fell on my face-no energy

no exercises tonight-resting and drinking lots of water.
Tomorrow 10am run my second 5k!

Well I did have a plan today but that didn't work....therefore, I eat so far today

Breakfast - A very small amount of Chicken Salad...

Lunch - was with the Boss running around so we just stopped for some Pizza - Good thing is I had ordered a slice - just eat1/2 of it and he had eat the rest.

Dinner - will be what I planned for lunch which is a turkey wrap w/tomato.

My legs are "feeling" it from JM 30 day shred. Went to the new gym it is GREAT, used a lot of the weight machines, my fav is the inner thigh one, can never do to many of those, LOL
I love cereal could eat it all day, but it doesn't fill me up, so I do it sparingly, I still cant stand eggs, after eating one, every single day for over a year.
B: protein shake
S: l/f string cheese
L: package of Budding lunch meat.
S: zucchini Faux potato pancake
D: left over home made spaghetti and small salad
If I'm still hungry, Greek yogurt

I love Italian subs, the panini sounds great!

Had a working breakfast today so I wasn't hungry for lunch.

B: 2 Scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese, 1/2 sausage patty and 1/2 piece whole wheat toast
D: 1/3 c margarita grilled chicken, 1/4 c broccoli, 1/4 c black beans and 1 piece fried mozzarella
S: prune

Water
Vitamins
Will ride bike tonite for at least 30 minutes

Sue I love Italian Subs to and I always crave them and pizza around this time of the month and of course sweets lol.

The Butterball  Italian Turkey Sub is really good I found it in the meat section where they keep like the HIllshire meats . Its a whole kit with the meats for like 5 bucks .   I put a little bit of Italian dressing on it and you cant tell the difference .

My husband will turn his nose up on anything that is healthy and I made him one and he gobbled it up and said boy we will need to watch these not the healthiest things lol.   He had no idea it was all turkey for about 300 calories lol.  It is really high in sodium though so I try to eat them only once a week .

That Margarita Chicken sounds wonderful do you make that or did  you go out to dinner ?

I will have to look for it. I love the wheat flat rounds and will have to try it.

I am really bad, I eat out almost every day! I get the margarita chicken at Chili's. They have several meals now for under 750 calories. I change out the rice for broccoli to lower the calories and I make 3 meals out of it. The chicken is so tender!

I am back!  Hip replacement surgery successful and I'm on the mend!

B. coffee with fatfree cream
L  salad with light blush wine dressing and chicken and greenbeans
S.  few pieces of cheese
D.  vegetable soup with some chicken...I need to make my own.
      some cheese with crackers

S...who knows...

I did drink a lot of water and I did three laps in my driveway...something I could never do weeks ago!
