Don't you think it's strange

 I was having the same problem exercising  5 time a week n lost nothing. I went to my bariatric nutritionist who explained that I was probably not eating enough calories. I had the number of calories my dr and his team suggested for me but I was burning all those calories working out.  My nutritionist suggested that I track everything on my fit pal so that when I exercise they will giv me the extra calories I need to eat. I find that I do loose more weight when I'm not working out but I've developed a good habit of working out n I love it. Usually when I reach a stall for 2 weeks I'll try not going to the gym for a week and tracking everything on my fit pal and that has worked for me. I was a little torn like u because with working out I have to eat more and Im not hungry so it's like I'm working out to eat more food that I don't want. Good luck!
