That I'm working out 4 days a week very high compacity workout and eating healthy but in 3 weeks I have not lost anything and barely some inches?  Could it take 3 weeks for it start I lost more weigth not working out.

I don't think it's strange, but I know its frustrating!

Keep in mind that barely losing inches is better than losing none

are you eating enough calories ? sometimes that will put a stall on weight loss also esepcially if you are exercising

I am eating two egg whites alpince lace for Breakfast

Soup for Lunch

Greek yogurt as a snack or string cheese

Dinner I make a turkey burger  or have a fruit smoothie I don't track excat but I think I eat enough.

that really dont sound like alot of food . it looks like you are hardly getting 700 calories in a day if that much .

I eat between 1100 to 1400 calories a day but that is just me.

Are you getting at least 60 grams of protein in a day ? We should be eating between 60-80 grams of protein per day and it dont sound like you are getting that much .

Fruit smoothie's are fine once in awhile but not the best of choice all the time for meals . It has no nutritional value especially for us that had WLS done .

Where are your veggies ?

Here is what I have ate so far today

breakfast 4oz of chicken and 1/2 cup of green beans
snack a nice salad with 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing (light)
lunch 5.5 oz of chicken breast nothing else I wasn't really hungry but needed the protein before my workout tonight
dinner cheeseburger patty (85%lean) and few baked fries

try tracking your calories and see where you end up at . Eating to much can be bad for weight loss but not eating enough can be just as bad especially if you are exercising .

When I tried to eat to low of calories and doing my extreme Zumba I fainted and passed out during class . lesson learned .I scared everybody to death that night .

I'm use to eating that if i eat more I feel bloated lol!! I'll have to make a more of an effort to eat more.  I just love soup so I eat it everyday prob not the bets choice but I also try to make it with greek yogurt to get the taste I like and feel like I am not being deprived.

Thanks for the info I normall eat Broc once a day a side cup I make it into a soup for Dinner or eat it alone.  I should prob get back into the protien shake thing again. I'm afraid to eat to much and not lose.

 If you don't want the shakes, you could also put protien in your soup. There is a tasteless powder that dissolves in food that could work for. And you wouldn't have to feel like you were consuming more.

I've heard so much about Zumba---I'm going to have to try it now if I get to see folks fall out! LOL

Muscle weighs significantly more than fat. You may not be seeing inches off yet because it's too early - but my guess is that your body composition is improving.

I have been doing the Couch 2 5K program for 8 weeks and from week 4-7, I was stck with no weight loss. I kne I was losing...could tell in my clothes and my face. Finally, I have lost some more pounds. So, my advise is to be consistent in your workouts, eat enough and you will see the payoff soon!!
