What Are You Eating Today ? 4/19

Was going to do my morning walk but it's just to darn chilly out there for me and I got Extreme Zumba tonight so I will get my exercise in anyways.

Hate the week before my period I'm craving everything in site and just want to munch all the time .  I ended up having 20 small pretzels last night  my calories was way to low yesterday so it didn't hurt me any.  My calories was around 900 and I dont like going that low .

Breakfast   4 oz of chicken with BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of green beans.

Snack  cup and half of salad with   1.5 tablespoon of lightly salted crispy onions, 1/4 cup of cheese and 2 tablespoons of light ranch dressing

Lunch   5 oz of BBQ chicken and green beans

Snack   celery with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Dinner   cheeseburger patty (85% lean)  with a slice of cheese , and a few baked fries .

Snack   17 pretzels or maybe a yogurt dont know which one yet

Exercise 
  60 min of Extreme Zumba

S: 2 bites of a cake pop (I had class and one of the others asked me to taste hers) LOL
L: Tuna Salad
S: L/f string cheese
D: left over meat loaf and a salad
S: cantaloupe
30 day shred (I hate JM, OK only while doing the workout)
water

Mari, you are to funny lol.  I applaud you for doing DVD"s at home.  I did some of the P90X with my son last night and couldn't even keep my attention to it lol.

If it wasn't for my Zumba classes I would be struggling every day to exercise and to be brutally honest I probably wouldn't do it that is how much I hate it   Thank goodness for Zumba , I just adore my teacher if it wasn't for him my butt wouldn't get up and do anything .

L: 1 scrambled egg with a 1/5 of an avacodo
s: Piece of toast with peanut butter
D: probably chicken and lots of veggie stir fry ( homemade)

I may or may not jump on the treadmill today not feeling great today
trying realllly hard to get all my water in today

Day one of mushies:
E- protein shake
B- 1c non fat yogurt
L- 4oz of cottage cheese with 1c lentil soup that I blended from liquid stage
S- light muscle milk shake
D- 1/2c butter beans lightly smashed, 1/2c mashed potato with 1/4c lentil soup over the top.
It was rather taste and nice to know it filled me up!
Snack later is 1c yogurt with smashed strawberries- I add 1/4c granola and mixed together.
Hope it makes the granola mushie..since I did this for my breakfast tomorrow.

Water and decaf coffee

Exercises: taking 1 dog for a 1 1/2 mile walk/run, if not dark or cold will take the other one too.

Went for 3 month post op follow up today. Down 58 lbs, opted to not have another fill. Things seem to be working well right now so I am going to let it ride!
