Stall
mixing up your exercise. Your body will get use to the same exercise day in and day out so you need to change it or up your pace .I dont know how many calories you eat a day maybe adding some calories for a few days then go back to your normal calories or drop for a few days but dont go to low especially if you are exercising that could be dangerous .Eating the same foods day in and day out can cause a stall also .Make sure you really are eating the calories you think you are eating. A tablespoon of this or that or taking a small bite of t his or that and not logging it can really had up in calories . I have been doing that lately and I wasnt truly honest with my calories.
