Stall

I have currently been in a stall going on two weeks now. What are some things you guys do to be out of one? I have been working out daily and eating right and the pounds are not coming off  ;( any suggestions???

mixing up your exercise.  Your body will get use to the same exercise day in and day out so you need to change it or up your pace .I dont know how many calories you eat a day maybe adding some calories for a few days then go back to your normal calories or drop for a few days but dont go to low especially if you are exercising that could be dangerous .Eating the same foods day in and day out can cause a stall also .Make sure you really are eating the calories you think you are eating.  A tablespoon of this or that or taking a small bite of t his or that and not logging it can really had up in calories .  I have been doing that lately and I wasnt truly honest with my calories.

I had the same problem and my dr told me it is very common to see the pounds drop then inches. then back to pounds then inches again which i noticed to be true in my case.

 I've been noticing that too. I don't seem to be losing pound wise but have been dropping inches as my clothes are fitting different.

(Fallen trying to get back on)      Current wt= 215.
