For the Ones that use MFP to track exercise

I am not sure what I am doing wrong if I am putting in the wrong words or what lol.  Im trying to put  in my P90X workout today (well what I will be doing ).

I put in Kenpo nothing comes up so I try martial arts nothing, I try shoulder  presses nothing.

Why is nothing coming up in the search box ??   I am putting it in strength training because its not cardio .

I know the calories might not be perfect but it will give me some idea what I have burned :o)

They don't have every DVD or program in there, just generalized calories. You can browse their whole list and find the closest match. You can also add your own expercises, which I do since I use a heart-rate monitor.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
