What Are We Eating Today 4/18

Sitting here debating if I want to take my walk this morning , its one of them lazy day moods that you just dont want to do anything lol.

Breakfast   1 small banana and half of a container of greek yogurt

Snack  no snack just not hungry

Lunch  Butterball Turkey Sub sandwich on low carb bread

Dinner   BBQ chicken on the grill and a few fried potatoes and green beans

Snack
  if I get hungry fruit

Exercise   P90X today going to do Martial Arts series and the ab workout to the best of my ability .

 B: 1 egg, 1 slice bacon crisp, cup of coffee
S: banana
L: tuna salad on a wheat round
S: 2 bites of my husbands grilled fish sandwich
Cup of tea
D: no clue....

E- protein shake
B- Protein shake
L- blended split pea soup in the blender for liquid soup.
D- bean and bacon soup blended in the blender.
S- Muscle milk light shake

yes Liquids today since I had either .5 or 1cc fill, Dr wasn't sure if he got the first one in..my stupid port is annoying him too I guess.

water,water,decaf coffee and more water.
Exercises- 4 miles on the treadmill first 3 miles running to prepare for my next 5k Saturday.

Lap Band on 01/30/12
B: protein drink
L: chicken and half apple
S: 2 pb cheese crackers
D: 3 hibachi shrimp, 1/4 fried rice and veggies
S: prune

Water
Vitamins
30 minutes on stationary bike

Appt for fill tomorrow, but I can't decide. I am feeling really good right now so I don't know if I want to change anything.
