What Are We Eating Today 4/17
I am so sore today I had to crawl out of bed this morning. My Zumba teacher did a hour of pure strength training last night and my whole body hurts lol.
My son said this morning dont forget P90 tonight my child is crazy lol. Im trying to muster up the strength to do my walk lol .
Can I just go back to bed lol. I didnt sleep good last night because my legs was just hurting so much last night and I have to bowl tonight also *yuck*
Breakfast two scrambled eggs with turkey sausage (3 oz)
Snack orange
Lunch pork chop coated lightly in that new Kraft Three Cheese Southwesteren , green beans , cottage cheese
Snack Chobani yogurt
Dinner chicken breast grilled with green peppers onions, and some cheese. Side salad with ranch dressing
Snack fruit or peanuts
Exercise a mile walk this morning , doing Kenpo and ab ripper from P90X ( complaining the whole way lol ) bowl three games for my bowling league
of course my water.

B: cup of coffee then oatmeal
S: banana
L: bowl of tomato, crab soup
Iced tea
S: whole wheat round toasted with 1 tsp butter, 1/2 c plain non fat plain yogurt and 1/2 c berries, 1 T chia seeds.
D: taco salad made with ground venison, 1/4 avocado, no cheese, no dressing. Used Greek yogurt mixed with salsa as topping
Drinking water now...

I'm not even sure I could do P90X while in high school and thin. LOL My DH and DS think it's good when we are sore, to them it means you're really working those muscles. I may join a zumba class, it would be free for me, but a 15 minute drive is not a plus. Still eating to get myself back on track, not a normal eating week for me.

L: 1 package budding brand lunch meat (only 90 calories but a lot of sodium at least I will be thirsty for once), 4 oz of homemade soup
D: homemade meatloaf
some sort of veggie and maybe some Greek yogurt.

(my son gave me Brazilian butt lift, haven't tried it yet, but it looks interesting) I actually used to have a big butt when I was thin, before they were in "style", now it's a little flat, ahh age!!

I ended up just doing my walking today and bowling. My knee is sore from the walking, yesterday strength training and bowling tonight so I thought it would be best just to rest it tonight and dont pu****
Son and I are going to do P90X tomorrow instead.
And boy did I have the munchies today *sigh*. I hate that time of the month when you can never get full or you are just craving the bad foods.
I ended up eating popcorn ( I really wanted Pringles Ranch Chips lol) , and a extra porkchop today instead of eating one of snacks . I ate lunch at noon and ate the pork chop around 330.
Not to bad my calories only ended up being around 1400 but my sodium is sky high though no getting on the scales for me for a couple of days .
