B: 1 egg 1/2 slice turkey bacon 1/2 slice whole grain toast
S: 3 strawberries
L: Tuna salad, home made
S: spinach salad with balsamic and cherry tomatoes
D: Chicken enchilada, 1 home made

B 1/2 cup breakfast scramble, turkey sausage, onions, mushroons, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese with 1/2 piece of toast

L Grilled cheese on oat nut bread

D not hungry

getting over a leg injury so have not been able to exercise in 3 weeks. I am going to start walking tomorrow

 B: 1 scrambled egg, a couple thin slices of avacodo
S: half an orange
L: half a cup of frozen yogurt ( bad I know )
D: a small roasted zuccini with my home made marinera sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parmesan cheese

exercise: grocey shopping at two different stores that was enough for me today :)
