 I lost a whopping pound this week as well, but I did not really work out and my protien and water intake has been pretty poor. Those 3 things I'm going to work on  this coming week.

2 lbs!  I plan to up my protein and decrease my carbs!  Even good carbs can keep the scale from moving in the right direction!

Revised to the Sleeve after losing 271 lbs with the LapBand.

Down about a pound, a little more. I am going for a fill tomorrow so that should help. Still trying to get back to where I was before I had my babies!

I'm a week late..but I'm in as of today...just got a fill about an hour ago..hope this helps!

I was 169.7 lbs at the start of the challenge last week. I am now 166.5 lbs...that's a 3.2 lb loss for the week.

Can I join!!!!!  I am going for my first fill tomorrow, I am soooo excited .  I will post my weight and goals tomorrow as soon as I get home!
