Mother Day Weight Loss challenge, check in

So how was every ones first week? What are you planning on doing this week to help with your goals?
For me I lost -1 lb.
I plan on working out every stinking day (can you tell I do not like to exercise?)
Find new ways to deal with stress (my son is going into basic training in a few weeks )
Drink more water and work on stretching.
I will post the results, tomorrow. Anyone that hasn't joined, feel free to join us!!

I lost 1.5 pounds which Im really suprised. Stress eating got to me this week over taxes *sigh*.

Knee is about back to normal so going to start my walking again *started today* and going to start P90X with my son tomorrow.  I wont be doing it every day like they say because I just physically cant do that and do my Zumba classes on the same day so it will be every other day for me.  Better then nothing I guess lol.

Lap Band on 01/30/12
I am down to 274 so I have lost 4 pounds! Very Surprised because the two weeks prior I had a little slow down while I was on vacation, but I did exercise every day this week. Will continue with the exercise every day and really only eat when I am hungry. Hope I can keep this up!

I am down 2 lbs. Just got back from getting a fill, so hope it helps me get this weight off.

I started at 154 and weighed today at 152, so a 2 pound loss!!

We went up to the mountains yesterday and hiked for an hour with the dog (we had snow on Saturday).

I am 6.5 weeks out from my tummy tuck, so can't do more than about an hour at a time.

Going walking this afternoon and plan to do the same the rest of the week.

Everyone is doing great! Welcome newcomers, and Pumpkin if you find that cleaver that works without pain, let me know, I need to borrow it. LOL
