What Are We Eating Today 4/16

Brand new week to do better :o)

Breakfast   2 scrambled eggs, with 1/4 cup of turkey sausage mixed in

Snack   orange

Lunch    perfect portion chicken , 1/2 cup of green beans , 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

Snack   2 tablespoons of peanut butter and celery

Dinner   pork chops, green beans, cottage cheese

Snack
   Chobani greek yogurt


Exercise  a mile wak this morning and 60 minutes of extreme zumba with 20 min of ab, butt and leg work

Breakfast - Coffee and "Emerald's Breakfast on the Go" - these are good for those mornings I'm running late.  And that was today.

Lunch - Veggie Burger on a small pita with pickles.

Dinner - Portabella Mushroom with Seafood - From Costco's...these are the BEST!!

Snack - I have some shrimp and or banana -

It is a little bag of mixed nuts, oatmeal...Emerald's put them out - In my store I find them down the cereal/oatmeal isle.

L: 2 turkey meatballs will "banded dip" (Fage yogurt w/veggie seasoning)
12 wheat thin crackers
D: 4oz salmon w/mango salsa, 1/3 cup par boiled asparagus

L: pulled pork and green beans
D: crab cake and broccoli and cheesy rice

Early- Protein shake
B- 1c nonfat yogurt 1/4c lf granola
L- 2oz chicken deli meat, 1/2 serving of Turkey pepperoni (8 slices) few leaves of lettuce tsp. Lt dressing chopped up(does not go down well)
sf chocolate pudding cup
D- 3oz pork chop with Lil stuffing, carrots and couple of little fried potatoes
S- celery stixs with Laughing cow cheese wedge, blue bunny Lt ice cream 70 calories.

Water, Decaf during the day often.
Mowed the lawn and took work anger out on the yard! Too much stress right now,go to see the surgeon tomorrow to see if he can find my port and give me a needed fill!

L:  Egg salad made with 2 eggs, slice of cantelope, square dark chocolate

S: Unsalted Almonds

D: Spaghetti squash w homeade sausage wine sauce, square dark chocolate

S: ?

Exercise: Upper body weight lifting then 35 min. cardio, mowed some of the lawn
