In need of advice, ASAP

I have not been here for a long time, although a few weeks ago I did comment on someone's post.  This is my dilemma.  By last summer I had lost a total of 74 lbs.  I was feeling so good.  Then, sometimes after the Holidays I started getting this awful pain everytime I tried to eat or drink, even water.  I have changed doctors, not because I did not like mine, but because this nrw doctor is about 10 minutes from me and my original one took me an hoir and a half of driving to get there.  Anyways, my doctor scheduled an upper GI where I had to taker some chalky liquid ( I forgot the name) and he said that my esophagus was irritated so he took away 2 ccs, mind that all I had was 5 ccs in my band.  Since then, I have been eating huge portions of food and it does not seem as I am always satisfied.  If I feel satisfied, about half an hour later, I finished my leftovers.  I told this to my doctor, but he does not want to add anymore liquid.  He just scheduled me to another upeer GI.  So, I wonder what can be done if my esophagus is still irritated and he refusesto add more liquid, what can be done to fix this problem because If I would have the disiplined to stop eating I wouldn't had to have this surgery done.  So, I need my fill again or I am not sure what else can be done. I have gone from 182 to 200 lbs again and I am so depressed, that all I did today was sleep.  If someone has any advice, please let me know.  I dont want  to gain anymore weight and I need to loose those 18 pounds .  I cannot and I will not buy new clothes.  I got rid of all my 2X clothes and I have a new wardrobe on size 14-16 clothes, which some are feeling tight right now.  Gosh, I am so frustrated!  ANy advice? Thanks!  Oh, another thing, if anyone knows of a website where I can get suggestions of what and how much to eat daily (including breakfast, lunch, dinner) will you share?  It seems I have lost the notion of what to eat.   I have considered joining Jenny Craig , Weigh****chers or Nutrisytem.  ANy sggestion about these plans?  Thanks!

You do not want to rush the healing of your esophagus. When our bands are a little too tight we can get heart burn and even damage our esophagus. What did your Dr say the results of your UGI were? I would google what ever he said and research all you can. Jean M has had to get a revision because her esophagus was damaged so badly. He may be having you have another UGI to see if it is worse or healing.
All I can say about worrying about the weight gain is, stick in there. You will have to dig deep and try and remember what you did right after being banding. 4 oz or 1/2 cup or whatever your Dr recommended, per meal, protein first. It is hard, I truly understand and I think joining some sort of help group would be helpful, when you worry it seems to just get worse (for me anyway) Make sure and exercise. I hope it gets better soon and you can get the A OK about your esophagus and get some fill, back. Good luck.

 Dear lateacher1,
I had a prob in Nov they took out 2.75. Scary but i tracked everything i put in my mo and measured. I was hungry but refused to snack too much. They made me wait 10 weeks and 2 ugi to give me another fill.
Wait it out you need to heal.
Good Luck

Log on to MyFitnessPal.com and start tracking your food. You can set it up for how many calories you want each day so you can really see what you are doing.

Hope you find your way to help control your intake. Don't forget to exercise. I know that is not easy when you are depressed.
