What Are We Eating Today 4/12
Well yesterday was not a good day *sigh*. We got our taxes done and it was not a good thing at all and I stressed ate . I was so upset . I did stay around 1296 calories but my carbs was sky high yesterday more then I usually eat. I ate some Wendy's french fries and Pringles Ranch chips. And took some peanuts upstairs watched TV and ate them :o( Guess better then chips but still . I think stress is affecting my weight loss also to much stress over money right now not fun and to top it off my damn knee is still not doing that great .
So here is today and hopefully the stress eating isn't there today .
Breakfast 85% lean hamburger patty with thin sliced of Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup of green beans. I'm so tired of eggs I have Cheerios was thinking of that but not after yesterday lol.
Snack orange
Lunch. Son coming home for lunch so making a Turkey submarine sandwich. 2 oz of turkey breast, 2 oz of turkey salami , 6 turkey pepperoni on low carb bread toasted with mustard. This is a kit from butterball and its really good and really low in calories.
Snack 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on celery
Dinner since I dont get home till amost 630 from class tonight I think I will just stop at our pizza joint and pick up a salad tonight for dinner and have some shrimp for some protein .
Exercise. It's Zumba night so going to try and workout tonight will see how the knee holds up .

Steelerfan1 I think I am having that kinda day today!
B- 2 scrambled eggs 7am
then Dr's at 9 for a fill well I thought anyway.. they could not find my port to give my fill!
Not a happy camper right now.
so I drank a protein shake since I had it with me for mid morning snack(only took shakes to work)
L- hotel had some yummy tomato soup (prob had cream in it ugh) 2 slices of deli turkey
D- 3oz chicken with chicken soup on it 1/2 baked potato
Snack going to try to keep my emotions in control and have a blue bunny ice cream snack and
a Greek yogurt a little later.
I have Dr appointment on Tuesday for the surgeon to try and give me the fill, if not need to have
it done under fluro... I am hurting from being stab too many times with the needle
