What Are We Eating Today 4/11
Well yesterday went pretty good food wise till at night *sigh*. For some reason I do so well during the day and when it comes to night seems like all I want to do is munch. Very frustrating . So I ended up eating popcorn, which isn't to bad but dang munchies lol.
Here is my plan for today
Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 cup of turkey sausage and a small handful of cheese melted on top
Snack apple
Lunch 4 0z of turkey roast and 1/2 cup of green beans or I might fry me up a cheeseburger patty that turkey roast is getting dry since its a day old now .
Snack Chobani Greek Yogurt Apple / Cinnamon flavor. yum yum taste like apple pie
Dinner 4 oz of baked ham , small baked potato , green beans
Snack orange
Exercise going to do a ab circuit with my son
Working on water right now already 8 oz down .

E- protein shake
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4c bare naked granola 1/2 banana
L- 2 oz turkey deli meat with 1/2c cottage cheese- brought 2 Lt raisin bread (toasted) may or may not eat with 1 T peanut butter with other 1/2 banana
D- 3 oz chicken and sweet potato
s- undetermined yet- hoping to get a fill at tomorrows Dr. appointment
so with that being said..who knows what I will eat knowing I may be on liquids and mushies for the next few days.
water-decaf coffee at least up to 64oz
walking my 1 1/2 mile walk that I have mapped out in my neighborhood. But really hoping for some rain..we need it bad!

I tried to eat something (Chili's skillet queso which is like a chili) and a few tortillia chips -- usually goes down very easily (too easily) ---- but must have gotten a chip or piece of meat in the queso stuck and I was sick, sick, sick.
I sat in a window seat in first class and I barfed the whole flight (4 hours) and then in the airport on my layover, and then on the second flight. By the time I got home, it was too late to see the doctor without meeting him at the ER -- so, I decided to 'tough it out' and try to get some water and tea in me.
I was sick all night -- until about 3am.
I woke up at 7 -- prepared to call the doctor for an emergency unfill, and I was not sick.
I was able to drink water and hot tea --- so I did that all morning.
I had a Slim Fast low-carb shake for lunch and a little cherry applesauce for a snack.
I am going to see my surgeon tomorrow and get a small un-fill (I was not unfilled before my Tummy Tuck -- and wonder if I should have).
I would rather control my food and portions more closely with less fluid than risk another day like yesterday. It was rough!
So, today -- liquids only and a 1 hour walk with my pup this afternoon.
No vitamins because I don't want to risk swallowing them.
Gosh you had a horrid day yesterday I hope today is much better for you. I'm surprised they didn't unfill your band some to since you having surgery . Hope you feel much better today.

I'm not a huge ice cream lover like my family is. I have Snickers, and four other kinds sitting in my freezer and I dont eat it. Every once awhile especially around my period I will eat some but ice cream is safe in my house.
Now my problem lately is chips. I dont know what it is with chips lately but I have been eating them :o( Pringles Ranch is my go to food right now. I think its just from stress. We just got our taxes done and it wasn't good so I stressed ate yesterday . Still stayed around 1300 calories but they wasn't good calories .
