Protein deficiency- my story

Heck ya I dont blame you! I do the same:)

 The next time Shoprunner is having a "free" sign up I am going to send you an email! Free two day shipping from so many diffrent places, its amazing. I order my protien powder from Drugstore.com (they have a % deal where you get money off your next purchase based on how much you spent on the last one, so I am always rolling those over and using the free shipping) I can't remember the last time I paid over $20 for the 2lbs tubs of Nectar!

 Too bad you don't live closer to me, you could have just come over and raided my pantry LOL I am a mess without my two or three shakes a day so I have just about every kind of powder known to man in my house (although I am partial to Syntrax) so I don't get bored with them. I think my food addiction might just have turned into a protein shake addiction (who knew that could happen? LOL). 

I am looking for a good non flavored protein powder. Can you recommend one?

 I don't use the unflavored a lot, but when I do I use the Syntrax brand or the Unjury (the unjury is cheaper then the Syntrax unless you can find a good deal, but I personally like the Syntrax better). 

Do the unflavored protein powders change the texture/consistency of whatever you are eating/drinking? 

 I find that the Unjury does thicken things a bit and you have to be careful when heating it or it gets clumpy, but I don't have that issue with the Syntrax (I put that in my coffee and soup and tea and don't have any issues).
