The Premier Nutrtion from Costco and Sam's are the best! They have 1 gm of sugar, 160 cal, 3 g of fat, 5 g of carbs, 3 g of fiber and 30 g of protein! AND they taste great! They are premade - ready to drink. I took one chocolate and one vanilla to my doctor last week - he lives the low-carb lifestyle and he said they were the best he's ever seen in a RTD protein shake.
