What are we eating, today??

B: McDonald's mocha frappe (one a week)
L: grilled mozzarella, pesto, tomato on 1slice of whole grain bread
D: 3 ounces grilled pork chop
S: small apple, skinned
I have gone back to eating more lean protein and find that a small amount satisfies me.
I fixed asparagus and baked sweet potato for dinner, but after eating the pork, I could not eat any more.
If I have a snack later, it will be a Greek yogurt because I could use the protein.
