First fill - I assume this gets better?
I have the Realize band and got my first fill yesterday (4cc). The Dr. said that for Realize bands he puts in twice the volume as normal as they tend to require more to get to the same point. Interestingly, I learned when they put the Realize band in, they don't put in any fill. I've definitely had restriction, the Dr. said must be in the right spot. I have lost 47 pounds 3 months post op. Anyway...
So yeah, I have grumbly tummy, a bit of gas, but even being on liquids I get mild and short in duration left shoulder pain. Feels like an air bubble between my collar bone and top of shoulder. Will this go away as the swelling goes down around the band? Thought some of you may have experienced it. The office is closed Friday and since it's not severe or constant I'll call them on Monday if it continues all weekend.

I had that left shoulder pain with no fill in my band. Right after surgery it was so bad for weeks. Getting a fill is trial and error. I am now 9 months out and when I get even a small fill of .3cc I need to do liquids for 3-4 days, then mushies and soft foods for 3-4 days each.
I think 4cc is a big fill. If it gets worse or you can't keep liquids down call your doc ASAP
