What are we eating, today??
Oh I am checking today because....I was a bad bad girl today I feel like I should check in when I'm bad...not just when I'm good!!!
B- almonds (100 calorie pack) 3 slices apple....I started out good
L- 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 baked chicken strips
Still doing good
this is when it all falls apart...
S- one big slice of chocolate ice cream cake (not a little piece)
I'm not done yet....
D- grilled cheese sandwich, pickle, one big ass chocolate chip cookie!!!!
Really I don't feel too bad. I normally do pretty good and don't have days like this often. Not to mention I workout like crazy. So I won't gain any weight...I won't lose...but I won't gain either. Oh well tomorrow is another day. I have learned not to bash myself when I have a bad day. No reason to. One bad day isn't going to make you gain weight. It's when you follow that day with more days!!!!

B. -- McDonalds mocha frappe on my way to a track meet
L. -- 3oz of filet mignon and 2T baked sweet potato
D. -- 1/4 order of in and out French fries and 1/4 of a single cheeseburger with 1/2 the bun removed
We were invited to a friend's house for dinner, and on our way there we got a call saying that she had a stomach bug.
So, we turned around and drove through In and Out
