What are we eating, today??

Boy my legs "feel" the workout from yesterday, the leg press machine was 10 lbs higher than I usually use, but I trudged through, LOL
B: 1 egg, 1/2 slice whole grain toast
S: spinach salad
L: cheese and spinach tamale
S: Greek yogurt
D: Fish and 1/3 banana
water

vitamins
How about you???

Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs and some sliced up smoked turkey sausage .  For some reason Im on a egg kick lol

Snack   orange

Lunch   85% lean cheeseburger patty with green beans

Snack  greek strawberry / banna yogurt 

Dinner  pork chop in lightly coated Kraft Fresh take southwestern coating , green beans

Snack  10 jelly beans bad bad lol  .   Carrots

No exericse again :o(   I might try a walk tomorrow or just hold out for a few more days. I can feel the improvement in my knee so I might just give it a rest till next week.

All my water is done for the day .

B -- vegetable frittata (1 egg, tomato, mushroom, garlic, grated cheese)

Lunch -- Luna Bar

S -- Basil/tomato string cheese and 8 low-fat wheat thins

D -- 2 ounces filet mignon, 1 Grands biscuit with low-fat margarine

I should have had a veggie instead of the biscuit, but I did not!

I will have a small apple after a while

When I start the day with protein, I really don't eat very much --- I logged my food into My Fitness Pal and it says that I still should eat about 500 calories today ---  no chance

Vitamins
Not much exercise --- dog got sick and ended up at the vet for 2 hours
