What are we eating, today??

Went to the gym, I'm going to go twice a week, now, to use the weight machines!
B: protein shake
S: hot peanuts in the shell
L: cheese spinach tamale (only $1 at church)
S: s/f fruit cup
D: 7 layer dip with a few tortilla chips
3 1/2 bottles of water
exercise along with the weight machines (I hate when the old exercise gets too easy and I have to up the intensity or go longer)
vitamins (you don't know how many times,  've typed this and then go and take them, LOL)

Early- protein shake
B-1c non fat yogurt small banana- go lean cereal added to Yogurt for something different. not bad
l- 1c chili  1/2c sf chocolate pudding
d- 1c chili and 1/4 sweet potato
s- 100 c almonds and a fiber one bar 90 calories

got home late-went to the support group.

water, decaf coffee and more water! and of course my vitamins and calcium chews.

geez.. I seem to only post when I am not excercising. sorry.
I did 3.2 miles Sunday and will do 4 miles tomorrow on treadmill

I am so bummed !! I just got back into the groove of exercise wanting to do it, eating right and my darn knee went bum on me *sigh*.  I think I hyper extended it and it hurts so no exercise for me for at least a week .  I was really starting to get into a habit of walking and now this .

Breakfast   2 scrambled eggs with smoked turkey sausage mixed in .

snack   orange

Lunch Butterball Starter sub .  It comes with Turkey breast meat, turkey salami , and turkey pepperoni . Oh my gosh this is sooo good.  I had that with smart white bread toasted with mustard.  .  Very low in calories but kinda high in sodium but worth it lol.

snack   banana

Dinner  a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing .

Snack  maybe some carrots I did awful on veggies today lol., if I get hungry

Exercise  none just my bowling league

Water is all done for the day

L: 1/2 spinach and chickens salad, 1/2 c fruit
S: 2 cheese crackers and apple slices before pool
D: shrimp, stir fry veggies and 1/4 c fried rice
S: prune

Hey- Does the the Butterball Starter sub come in a kit or do you just buy the three meats and put it on bread?

Better day today than yesterday!

B- 1 scrambled egg
S- 1 cheese stick
L- Fage Cherry Yogurt
S- 1/2 fruit cup
D- 1/4 cmashed cauliflower, 3 bites of tilapia, 2 bites of asparagus (didn't really go down too well)

Exercise - One mile on the eliptical and Pilates Boot Camp!
