L 1/2 cup lasagna
D chicken breast baked, w/baked onion rings
I am not in the challenge but have lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks

Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
Breakfast 2 eggs scrambled with 4 slices of smoked turkey sausage
Lunch One BBQ sparerib , small baked potato with 1 tablespoon of light sour cream and butter
Snack 1 cup of kettle corn
Dinner cheeseburger with no bread, and green beans
S it will either be some cheese and turkey pepperoni, fruit , or carrots with some light ranch dressing . Not sure what it will be .
Exercise I did three hours of Zumba yesterday so just did my mile walk today and 30 min of Zumba tonight. Left class early my legs was killing me from yesterday lol.

I LOVE kettle corn! I don't know if I could do 1 cup. Good for you!

I love love Kettle Corn also and most of the time I can have some and not touch it again but this week Im getting ready to start my period so Im so craving the sweet and salty so I gave the rest to hubby to take to work because I knew I woud eat all of it lol.
I have peanut butter cups that are calling my name and I gave in and had one one tonight I hate this time of the month I crave chocolate and salt like there is no tomrorow its awful

yeap three hours !!! My instructor did a benifit to help raise money for a little one so I did all three sessions which was a hour long each.
I was so tired and sore but I got such a kick ass instructor and he makes you believe in yourself and pushes you so I did it . He believed more in me then I did lol.
I must have done something because my knee is hurting really bad right now *sigh*. That is why I left class early also tonight it was just to painful which made it not fun to exercise .
Im so bummed I finally got myself back on track with exercise and food and now my knee bums out but no pain no gain so I am going to keep trucking along as best as I can .

I think what happened I started to walk also . I started to walk a mile to mile and half every day and then do Zumba also. I think I hyper extended the knee or muscle .

Go to the chiropractor he can set your knee. I love Zumba but my knees hurt me so I wear knee velcro supports. They still hurt. I hoping to strengthen them so that they won't hurt. The Zumba has really changed my body. I love it!!! Hope you get to feeling better. Hugs Renea
